We provide an on-site computer generated narrative style report. We always have a live person (no answering machine) to answer your calls.

In addition to a thorough home inspection, we do Radon testing, Septic Testing, Well Water testing and Wood Destroying Insect Inspections. We can Fax or email the report anywhere - typically the same day of the inspection. We schedule inspections 7 days a week. We do commercial inspections, multi family, restaurants…and more.

The Inspector is available for questions anytime after the inspection. (No charge for telephone or email consultation) to discuss anything regarding your house.

Payment Options

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. We also accept your personal check, money order or cash.

Payment is due at or before the inspection.

We also have "Flex-Pay" (3 equal payments) and pay at close options available*
